How much does the GHL customizer cost?

Three one-time prices: Top Starter is $217, Top Pro is $517, Top Elite is $1,047. There is no monthly or yearly fee for the account, and each package is lifetime access to the modules it includes.

What is the difference between the three packages?

Top Starter restyles the whole app and the login page: every theme, UI kit, dark mode and login design. Top Pro adds the working screens: dashboard and pipeline designers, mega and floating menus, announcements, sub-account self-service and the contact actions bar. Top Elite adds popups, notifications and social proof, calculators and floating widgets, sends widget leads into GoHighLevel and lets you white-label the editor.

Is there a monthly fee on top?

Not for the customizer account. You pay once at checkout. Your GoHighLevel subscription is separate and billed by HighLevel as it is today; the customizer does not change it.

Can I upgrade from Top Starter or Top Pro later?

Yes. Email us with your order reference and the package you want, and we will move your existing account up to the higher plan rather than starting a new one, so nothing you have designed is lost. The list prices are $300 apart between Top Starter and Top Pro, and $530 apart between Top Pro and Top Elite; we confirm the exact upgrade amount by email before you pay anything.

What do workspaces, templates and team members mean?

A workspace is one brand with its own designs and its own install key, so an agency running two brands needs two. Saved templates are designs you keep in the library to reuse. Team members are the people you invite to edit with you, and allowed domains are the GoHighLevel and website domains the install line will run on.

How do I pay, and is checkout secure?

Add the package to the cart and check out like any product in this shop. Payment is taken on Stripe’s own hosted checkout page, so your card details never touch this site. You can buy a customizer package on its own or in the same order as a snapshot.

When do I get my login?

The account is created automatically as soon as Stripe confirms the payment, and your login is emailed within minutes, at most 24 hours. If the automatic setup ever fails, we create the account by hand inside 24 hours.

Is a refund possible?

The shop’s refund policy applies: sales are final, with refunds for a duplicate charge, a wrong amount, non-delivery or a fault we cannot fix. If you are unsure which package fits, try the live previews on every module page before you buy, or book a call and we will walk you through the editor.

Do I need a particular GoHighLevel plan?

Any GoHighLevel agency account with access to the white-label Custom JS and Custom CSS settings works. You need agency-admin access to paste the install line, which is a two-minute job done once.

Is the done-for-you design work included?

No design work is included, because none is needed: you choose from finished themes, login pages and templates and adjust them in the live editor. If you would rather hand the whole GoHighLevel account to someone, our GHL virtual assistants can run it for you as a separate service.
