Custom GoHighLevel builds when the catalogue does not cover it
Bespoke snapshots, white-label builds, migrations and rescuing accounts that have gone sideways.
2 to 4 weeks
Typical build time for a bespoke industry snapshot
You own it
The finished snapshot is yours, including reuse across clients
Fixed scope
Quoted against a written scope, not billed by the hour
What we take on
Bespoke industry snapshots
A complete sub-account build for an industry not in the catalogue, with pipelines, automations and copy written for that trade.
White label snapshots
The same quality under your agency brand, as your own product. Your name on it, nothing pointing back to us.
Platform migrations
Moving from HubSpot, Keap, ActiveCampaign or ClickFunnels without losing the automations that were actually working.
Account rescue
Someone built it in a hurry, it half works, and nobody knows which of the forty workflows are live. We untangle it.
Complex automation
Multi-step logic involving external APIs, conditional routing and integrations beyond what a template covers.
Team training
Getting your own team to the point where they can build and maintain this without you.
How a project runs
- 1
Scoping call
What exists now, what it should do, and what success looks like in specific terms. If a catalogue product covers it, we will say so rather than sell you a build.
- 2
Written scope and fixed quote
Everything included, everything excluded, and a delivery date. You approve it before anything starts.
- 3
Build
Constructed in a staging sub-account so nothing touches live traffic. You get access throughout rather than a reveal at the end.
- 4
Review and revision
You test it against real scenarios. Revisions within the agreed scope are included, not billed as change requests.
- 5
Handover
The snapshot, documentation on how it is wired, and a walkthrough call so your team can maintain it.
What we will turn down
Being clear about this early saves everyone a wasted call.
- Projects where a catalogue product already does the job. We will point you at it instead.
- Anything requiring claims we consider misleading, in any regulated industry.
- Cold outreach builds targeting purchased lists.
- Work where nobody on your side owns the project or can make decisions.
- Timelines that would require cutting testing, which is where builds go wrong.
Common questions
Something not covered?Email usand a person replies.
What does a custom build cost?
It depends entirely on scope, so any number here would be wrong. Bespoke industry snapshots usually land in the low thousands. You get a fixed quote against a written scope before committing.
How long does it take?
Two to four weeks for a bespoke snapshot. Migrations and rescue work depend on what is already there, which is what the scoping call establishes.
Do I own the result?
Yes. The finished snapshot is yours, including the right to reuse it across your own client accounts. White label builds carry no reference to us at all.
Will you sell my custom build to others?
Not without your explicit agreement. If a build turns out to have broader value we may ask about licensing it, and no is a complete answer.
Can you work with my existing account?
Yes. We build in a staging sub-account and migrate across, so live traffic is never exposed to a half-finished build.
Describe what you need built
Bring the industry, what exists today and what it should do. If a catalogue product covers it, we will tell you that instead of quoting.
