Why good businesses lose to louder ones
It is rarely about who does better work. People hire the business that looks active and answers quickly. These are the four things that quietly cost you jobs every month.
You are on the tools, not on Instagram
Between jobs, quotes and callbacks, "post something today" never wins. Weeks go quiet, the grid goes stale, and someone deciding between you and a competitor reads that as a business winding down.
People check before they call
A prospect looks at four or five profiles before they ever pick up the phone. An empty feed or a last post from eleven months ago answers a question you did not want asked.
Nine platforms is a second job
Every one wants a different aspect ratio, caption length and posting rhythm. Doing it properly is a role. Doing it badly is worse than not doing it.
Comments and DMs sit unread
Every ignored "how much for a quote?" is a job that walks to whoever replied first. Speed of reply is the whole competition, and it happens at 9pm.
What lands every week
Per brand, every week, written and designed and scheduled. This is what a content team produces, without the content team.
1 question-and-answer post
A real customer question answered in plain English. The format that reliably drives saves, shares and direct messages from people who actually need you now.
1 branded image post
A scroll-stopping graphic in your colours: a price myth corrected, a finished job, a seasonal reminder. Designed, not templated.
2 carousels
Swipeable mini-guides. "What to check before you call anyone", "what the quote should include", "five signs you need this now". The highest-engagement format on Instagram and LinkedIn.
1 short video or reel
Thirty seconds, vertical, captioned, with a voiceover. The single format most likely to reach people who have never heard of you.
The three AI agents
Posting gets you seen. These make sure being seen turns into a booked appointment rather than an unread notification.
Comment agent
Replies to comments on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook posts, answering the common questions and pointing people toward booking. Engagement stays high, which the algorithm rewards with more reach.
Direct message agent
Answers Facebook and Instagram DMs, asks the qualifying questions that matter for your trade, collects name and number, and books straight onto your calendar. Around the clock.
Website chat agent
A widget on your site that answers visitor questions, captures the details, and books the appointment. Anonymous traffic becomes a confirmed slot in the diary.
How it runs
- 1
Onboarding call
We learn your voice, your services, your area and what you actually want more of. You connect your own social accounts to our planner. We never ask for your passwords.
- 2
Voice and content plan
We build the content plan for your business and write the first fortnight before anything publishes, so you see the tone before the public does.
- 3
Publishing begins
Five days a week across all nine channels, cropped and captioned for each. You approve the first month if you want to; most people stop reviewing after that.
- 4
Agents go live
Comment, DM and web chat agents are trained on your services and pricing rules, then switched on. Every lead and booking lands in the CRM with your own login.
- 5
Monthly report
On the first of each month, a plain report per channel: reach, engagement, top posts, follower growth and appointments captured.
What you are not signing up for
The things people are usually surprised by, said up front instead.
- No password sharing. You connect your own accounts, and you can disconnect at any time.
- No lock-in contract. Cancel with 15 days notice before your next billing date.
- You keep every post and video we made for you, including after you cancel.
- No promise of overnight results. Organic reach compounds over months, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling something.
- No fake engagement, bought followers or comment pods.
- White label by default, so an agency can resell this without our name appearing anywhere.

An honest word on timing
Organic growth is a compounding game. Months one and two are about getting the engine live and waking up the audience you already have. Months three to five are usually where the algorithm starts pushing your content to people who have never heard of you, and where inbound becomes noticeable. After that it compounds. A single reel can break out much sooner, and because we ship five days a week across nine channels you get dozens of chances at that every month, but nobody can tell you which week it happens. We would rather set that expectation now than collect a first invoice under a different one.
Common questions
Something not covered?Email usand a person replies.
How much content do we get, and how often?
Every week, per brand: one question-and-answer post, one branded image post, two carousels, and one short video or reel of up to thirty seconds. That publishes across five days, on all nine channels, cropped and captioned for each platform. Everything is written in your voice and specific to your services.
Which channels do you post to?
Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads and Bluesky. Nine channels, all included in the price, with no per-channel charge.
Do you need our account passwords?
No, and we will not ask. During onboarding you create or use your own social accounts and connect them to our publishing platform. That connection is all we need in order to publish. You stay in control and can disconnect at any time.
Where do the leads and bookings end up?
In our CRM, under your own login. Every lead's name, phone number, enquiry type and full conversation history is there, and every appointment the AI agents book appears on the CRM calendar. You can also two-way sync your Google Calendar so bookings land where your team already looks, without double-booking.
What exactly do the three AI agents do?
The comment agent replies to comments on your TikTok, Instagram and Facebook posts. The DM agent answers Facebook and Instagram messages, qualifies the person, collects their details and books an appointment. The web chat agent does the same job for visitors on your website. All three run in your voice, around the clock, and hand off to a person when a real judgement call is needed.
When will we see results?
Expect meaningful reach and inbound in roughly three to five months, as the platforms start surfacing your content to new local audiences. Because we publish five days a week across nine channels, a single video can break out much sooner. We do not promise a timeline more precise than that, because nobody can honestly give one.
Can I manage more than one business?
Yes. One brand is $397 a month. Up to four brands is $997 a month, which suits multi-location businesses, a group of practitioners with individual brands, or an agency reselling this to its own clients. Each brand gets its own voice, calendar and reporting, and you see all of them from one login.
Do we keep the content if we cancel?
Yes. Every post, graphic and video you paid for is yours to keep and reuse. Cancel with fifteen days notice before your next billing cycle and nothing is taken away.
Is this white label?
By default. Nothing we publish carries our name, and the reporting is unbranded, so an agency can present the whole thing as its own service. Resell rights are included at both tiers.
