Checkout to live account in an afternoon
No developer, no export files, no build queue. Five steps and a test pass.
- Before you start
- GoHighLevel account
- Any agency plan. SaaS Pro only for automated provisioning.
- Phone number
- A HighLevel or ported number with A2P registration complete.
- Email domain
- A verified sending domain, otherwise deliverability suffers.
- Payment processor
- Stripe connected if the build takes payments or deposits.
- 01
Choose the build
Filter the catalogue by industry and format. Each product page lists exactly what imports, what it automates and what it does not cover.
- Snapshots carry a whole sub-account
- Funnels cover the acquisition layer only
- Workflows drop in a single automation
- 02
Open the share link
Checkout emails you a HighLevel share link. Open it while logged into your agency account and pick the sub-account to load into.
- Arrives within 24 hours
- Works on any agency plan
- Loads alongside existing assets, nothing is deleted
- 03
Fill in the custom values
One settings screen holds business name, phone, address, booking link and brand colours. Every funnel page, email and SMS reads from it.
- About 15 fields
- No page-by-page editing
- Rebranding later is the same one screen
- 04
Connect your channels
Attach the phone number, email sending domain, calendar and payment processor. The automations are already wired to use whatever you connect.
- A2P registration must be complete for SMS
- Sending domain needs DNS verification
- Stripe connects in one click
- 05
Test, then publish
Workflows import paused. Run a test contact through each one, confirm every message fires with your details, then switch them live.
- Nothing sends before you publish
- Test with your own number first
- Publish one workflow at a time
Which product do you actually need
| Product | What it covers | Choose it when |
|---|---|---|
| Snapshot | Complete GoHighLevel sub-account builds. Funnels, sites, pipelines, calendars and automations in one import. | You are setting up a whole new client sub-account. |
| Funnel | Conversion-focused funnel and website builds with the follow-up automation already attached. | The CRM side already exists and you need the front end. |
| Workflow | Single-purpose automation recipes that drop into any GoHighLevel account and start working. | You want one specific automation, not a rebuild. |
| Dashboard | Custom-styled GoHighLevel dashboards that replace the default view with something clients want to open. | Clients log in and the default view sells nothing. |
| Calculator | Embeddable mortgage calculators that give a real answer and capture the lead in exchange. | You need an interactive lead magnet on any website. |

How long does the whole process take?
Importing is a couple of minutes. Filling in custom values and connecting channels takes most people 45 to 90 minutes. Testing every automation properly adds another hour. Budget an afternoon and you will be comfortable.
Will importing overwrite my existing sub-account?
No. A snapshot adds its assets alongside whatever is already there. It does not delete your funnels, workflows or contacts. You can end up with similarly named items though, so loading into a fresh sub-account gives the cleanest result.
What if I only need part of the build?
Import the whole thing and delete what you do not want, which is faster than rebuilding the parts you do. If you genuinely only need one automation, the workflow products exist for exactly that.
Do I need to know how to build in HighLevel?
No, but you do need to be able to navigate it. If you can find the settings screen and connect a phone number, you can do this. If you would rather not, we install it for you.
Can I customise it after importing?
Everything lands in HighLevel's native builders, so every page, workflow step and message is editable with no code. Nothing is locked.
What happens when HighLevel changes something?
We maintain the products against the current release. When a platform change breaks something, an updated version is issued and you reimport the affected piece at no cost.
