Licence terms
This page explains the licence in plain language. It sits alongside section 3 of the terms and conditions, which is the operative legal text. Where the two differ, the terms govern.
The short version
Use it as much as you like, on as many accounts as you like, for yourself and for clients. Do not sell it, share it, or repackage it. Everything below is an elaboration of those two sentences.
What you get
On payment in full you receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence.
- Perpetual. It does not expire. Your support window and your update entitlement expire; the licence itself does not.
- Unlimited installs. Import the product into as many GoHighLevel sub-accounts as you own or manage. There is no per-install fee, no seat count and nothing to report to us.
- Client work is included. Accounts you manage on behalf of paying clients are covered by the same licence.
- Unlimited modification. Rewrite the copy, redesign the pages, restructure the workflows, delete half of it. It is yours to change.
- Commercial use. Use it to make money. That is the point.
- No attribution required. You do not have to credit us anywhere, on the site or in the account.
What you may not do
- Do not redistribute the product. That includes sharing the GoHighLevel share link, exporting and passing on the files, or handing the product to anyone who has not bought it from us. This is the single most important restriction, because the share link is the product.
- Do not resell it as a product. You may not sell it as your own snapshot, template, funnel pack or digital download, modified or otherwise.
- Do not upload it anywhere. No marketplaces, template libraries, membership sites, courses, communities, Discord servers or file shares.
- Do not include it as a bonus. Bundling it as a free extra with your own course or coaching programme is redistribution.
- Do not build a competing product from it. Reproducing the structure to create a rival snapshot for sale is a breach.
- Do not strip attribution from files that carry it.
The line, stated clearly
The distinction that decides almost every question people ask us:
| This is fine | This is not |
|---|---|
| Charging a client $3,000 to set up and manage their account, built on a snapshot you bought | Selling the snapshot to that client as a file for $300 |
| Installing the same snapshot for forty different clients | Giving forty people the share link so they can install it themselves |
| Using our funnel copy on your own site and your clients' sites | Selling that copy as a swipe file |
| Showing the build in a case study or on a sales call | Offering it as a download to your audience |
| Rebuilding a snapshot heavily and using it for clients | Rebuilding it heavily and selling it as your own snapshot |
Design assets specifically
Illustrations, icons, mockups and UI kits are licensed for commercial use in your own projects and in projects you deliver to clients. You may modify them, embed them in websites, funnels, presentations and printed material.
You may not resell them as stock assets, redistribute them as a pack, offer them for download, or register any part of them as a trademark or logo. In other words: use them in work, do not sell them as assets.
Team access
Everyone in your business may use a product you have bought, whether they are employees or contractors, provided the work is for your business or your clients. A contractor may not keep and reuse the product for a different company after the engagement ends. If they want it for their own clients, they need their own licence.
What happens on a breach
The licence ends immediately, no refund is due, and any support window and update entitlement end with it. Where redistribution has caused us commercial loss we reserve the right to pursue it, though we would far rather send an email and have it stop.
If you are unsure whether something is allowed, ask before you do it. Email support@topghlsnapshots.com and you will get a straight answer, usually the same day. Nobody has ever got in trouble for asking.
What this licence does not cover
- GoHighLevel itself. That is a separate subscription you hold with HighLevel, under their terms.
- Your own content and data. Entirely yours. Importing our product gives us no claim over anything you build with it.
- Third-party integrations. Anything you connect is governed by that provider's own terms.
Frequently asked questions
Can I install one snapshot on unlimited client sub-accounts?
Yes. One purchase covers an unlimited number of GoHighLevel sub-accounts that you own or manage on behalf of clients, with no per-install fee and no seat counting. The limit is on redistribution, not on how many of your own accounts use it.
Can I charge my clients for work built on a snapshot?
Yes, and that is the normal use case. You may charge whatever you like for installing, customising, hosting and managing the build inside a client account. What you may not do is sell the snapshot itself as a product, template or file.
Can I resell the snapshot to other agencies?
No. Reselling, sharing or redistributing the share link, the files, or the product in any importable form is a breach of licence and ends it immediately without refund. Selling your services is fine; selling our product is not.
Do I keep the product if my support window ends?
Yes. The licence is perpetual. Your 15-day support window and your one year of free updates expire, but everything you have already imported stays yours to use and modify indefinitely.
