What a slow, dated site is actually costing you
Websites rarely fail loudly. They fail by quietly losing the visitor before the page finishes drawing.
It loads too slowly to keep anyone
A page that takes four seconds on a phone loses a large share of its visitors before they see a word of it. Most template-built and page-builder sites are carrying enough script to do exactly that.
It does not rank, and nobody can say why
No structured data, thin service pages, duplicated titles, a sitemap nobody submitted. The site technically exists and is functionally invisible.
It is disconnected from where you work
The contact form emails you. That is it. Nothing reaches your CRM, nothing gets tagged, nothing follows up, and enquiries live in an inbox with everything else.
Every small edit costs money
Changing a phone number means a developer, an invoice and a fortnight. So it never gets changed, and the site drifts further from the business.
How we build it
Static-first, which is the difference between a site that feels instant and a site that feels like waiting.
Pre-rendered pages
Every page is built ahead of time and served as a finished file from a global edge network. There is no database query and no server render between a click and the content.
Almost no JavaScript
Interactive pieces ship as small isolated islands rather than a framework loaded on every page. Most pages ship none at all.
Built for the phone first
Laid out for a phone and then expanded, because that is where most of your traffic already is. Checked at phone, tablet, laptop and large desktop widths.
Core Web Vitals as a build gate
Images are sized and modern-format, fonts are self-hosted with reserved space, and layout shift is designed out rather than patched later.
Found by search engines and by AI answers
Two audiences now. Both need the same underlying discipline, which most builders skip.
- A unique, written title and meta description on every single page. Not generated from the H1.
- Structured data matched to the page type: LocalBusiness, Service, FAQPage, Article and BreadcrumbList where each belongs.
- FAQ blocks whose schema matches text a visitor can actually read on the page, which is the condition for using it at all.
- Answer-first writing, so the opening sentence under a heading answers the heading. This is what gets a passage quoted in an AI answer.
- Split XML sitemaps by content type, plus robots.txt and llms.txt, so both traditional crawlers and AI crawlers can read the site properly.
- Clean internal linking, canonical tags, and a 301 for any URL that ever moves.
What is included
Up to 60 pages
Home, about, every service, location pages, contact, plus the legal pages a business needs. Sixty is a ceiling, not a target, and most businesses land well under it.
Copy written for every page
We write it around your services and your area. You review and adjust rather than facing an empty page.
Domain and hosting
A free domain for the first year if you need one, managed hosting, SSL, CDN and DNS, all handled inside the monthly.
AI chat widget
Answers visitor questions and captures leads into your CRM instead of letting them leave without a trace.
CRM connection
Every form and chat lands as a tagged contact in GoHighLevel, so follow-up can actually happen.
Analytics and Search Console
Set up, verified and connected, with consent handled properly so you are not collecting data you have no right to.
Updates handled by ticket
The monthly fee covers the edits, so you stop budgeting for them. Open a ticket, we do it, no hourly invoice arrives. Up to ten tickets a month covers new pages, copy changes, image swaps, new services and seasonal updates. Nobody has ever hit the ceiling.
Pricing
You pay the monthly up front. The one-time build fee is not charged until the site is live and you have said you are happy with it.

From kickoff to live in ten working days
- 1
Day 1: kickoff call
Services, area, competitors, the three things you want the site to do. You pay the first monthly only. The build fee is not charged yet.
- 2
Days 2 to 4: structure and copy
We map the pages, write them, and send you the copy for review before any design happens. Copy first is why this stays on schedule.
- 3
Days 5 to 8: build
Pages built, images sourced and optimised, schema added, forms and chat wired into the CRM.
- 4
Day 9: your review
A staging link. You list everything you want changed, in one pass, and we change it.
- 5
Day 10: live
Domain pointed, SSL issued, sitemaps submitted, analytics verified. The one-time build fee is charged now, after you are happy, not before.
Common questions
Something not covered?Email usand a person replies.
What does it cost in total?
A single site is $497 one-time plus $97 a month. You pay only the first monthly invoice up front; the $497 is charged after the site is live and you have approved it. The monthly covers hosting, your domain, SSL, the CRM connection and all your edits, so there is no surprise bill later.
Why is the build fee charged afterwards?
Because it removes the risk from your side of the table. You have seen the finished site, on your own domain, before the larger payment is taken. It also keeps us honest about the ten-day timeline, since we do not get paid the build fee for a project that drags.
What exactly does the $97 a month cover?
Managed hosting on a global edge network, your domain registration and renewal, SSL, DNS, the AI chat widget, the CRM connection, security and uptime monitoring, and up to ten support tickets a month for content changes. It is a maintenance retainer, not just server rent.
Can you write blog posts as well?
Yes. Add automated blog publishing for $197 a month in total, and we publish two new posts a week written around your services and the questions your customers actually search for. Each one is researched, internally linked and given proper schema, not spun.
What if I need more than one website?
Five sites are $1,200 one-time plus $297 a month in total. That suits a group of locations, a franchise, or an agency reselling websites to its own clients. Each site gets its own domain, its own ticket allowance and its own reporting.
Do I own the website?
You own the domain, the content and the copy outright, and you can take them elsewhere at any time. The hosting, the build tooling and the maintenance are the service you are subscribed to. If you leave, we hand over your content and your domain without argument or an exit fee.
Can I edit pages myself?
You can, but most clients would rather not, which is why edits are included. Open a ticket describing what you want changed and it is usually done the same or next working day. That is faster than learning a page builder and considerably faster than an agency retainer.
Will this actually rank?
It will be built so that ranking is possible, which is not the same as promised. Speed, structured data, clean URLs, real content and correct internal linking are the parts we control, and we do all of them properly. Where you land also depends on your competition and how long the site has existed, and anyone guaranteeing a position is guessing.
