Affiliate terms of service

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By applying to and participating in the Top GHL Snapshots affiliate programme, you agree to these terms. We accept applications at our discretion and may decline any application without giving a reason. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.

You must own or have authorisation to promote through the channels you list on your application. Promoting through channels you do not control is grounds for immediate termination.

2. Commission and attribution

Your commission rate is confirmed in writing on approval and applies to qualifying sales of products listed on this site. Rates may vary by product category and may be changed with 30 days' notice. Any change applies only to sales occurring after the notice period.

Attribution runs on a 60-day cookie from the last click on your tracked link. Where two affiliate links are involved, the most recent click takes the commission. Sales that cannot be attributed to a tracked link do not earn commission, including cases where a customer clears cookies or buys on a different device.

Commission is not payable on:

• Your own purchases, or purchases by a business you control.
• Orders that are refunded, charged back or replaced under the guarantee.
• Orders placed with a discount code not issued for your use.
• Sales resulting from any activity prohibited under section 4.

3. Payment

Commission is confirmed once the 14-day replacement window on each order has closed, and is paid on a monthly cycle. A minimum balance may apply before a payout is issued; balances below the minimum roll forward rather than being forfeited.

You are responsible for your own taxes. We do not withhold tax and we do not provide tax advice. You must supply accurate payment details, and we are not liable for payments sent to details you provided incorrectly.

4. Promotional rules

Disclosure is mandatory. You must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship wherever you promote, in line with the FTC endorsement guidelines and any equivalent rules in your jurisdiction. Undisclosed promotion is a breach of these terms as well as of the law in many places.

The following are prohibited:

• Bidding on our brand terms, or close variants of them, in paid search.
• Coupon, deal or cashback sites that intercept traffic already in the purchase path.
• Unsolicited bulk email, SMS or messaging to purchased or scraped lists.
• Claiming income, results or outcomes that we do not publish ourselves.
• Misrepresenting the products, including claiming features or integrations that do not exist.
• Registering domains, social handles or app names containing our brand or confusing variants.
• Presenting yourself as Top GHL Snapshots, including support-style communications.
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframe injection or any other mechanism that sets a tracking cookie without a genuine click.
• Promotion on sites containing unlawful, hateful or adult content.

5. Use of our brand and materials

We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the logos, product images and copy we supply, for the sole purpose of promoting the products during the term of this agreement. You may not alter our logo, create derivative marks, or use our materials in a way that implies partnership, endorsement or employment beyond the affiliate relationship.

This licence ends automatically when your participation ends, and you must remove our materials within 10 days.

6. Relationship of the parties

You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture or agency. You may not make commitments, offer refunds, provide support or enter obligations on our behalf.

7. Term and termination

Either party may end this agreement at any time, for any reason, with written notice. On termination you must stop using our materials and remove affiliate links within 10 days.

Where termination follows a breach of section 4, unpaid commission may be withheld and previously paid commission on affected orders may be reclaimed. Where termination is for any other reason, commission already earned on valid, non-refunded orders remains payable on the normal cycle.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are notified by email to the address on your affiliate account at least 30 days before taking effect. Continuing to promote after that date constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept a change, your remedy is to leave the programme, and commission earned before the change remains payable.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the affiliate programme is limited to the commission payable to you in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost opportunity. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
